How it all started

When I was younger, I had always dreamed of having my own small school. In which, I could teach children in a way that would inspire them to learn through exploration of the world around them, daily creativity and stories, building independence through hands on learning and hand work skills, and most importantly cultivates thankful and kind hearts.

Throughout my years, I have become an experienced teacher of 7 years and blessed with my two children. The passion to create my own school transformed into a passion to homeschool my children. I took this year of from teaching to teach my babies and my oldest, Heidi 3, asked if she could have friends in her class and that re-ignited my dream of having my own school. This new dream, my own school with my children by my side welcoming other children to be loved as my own, became

Our Philosophy

I use my Waldorf background to build the magic, my love for Montessori to build independence, and my knowledge of state standards to build valuable lessons and success for all children. I believe this mixture of pedagogies is a perfect blend to inspire and prepare children for Kindergarten and to build a strong foundation for all future learning. We are a completely tech-free classroom, using life experiences to build appreciation & kindness.
